The truth is that I’m a recovering Bath & Body Works girl. I loved me all the Yankee candles (maybe not all but most). I chose all of my products by scent! I mean, who doesn’t choose their shampoo by how good it smells?!?

However, if you’re like me you learned long ago how important what we put on our bodies is. So, like everyone else looking to be healthier, my family began to make the switch. It didn’t happen overnight.

We discovered that most of the recipes that were all natural or organic used essential oils almost exclusively. Now, I love E.O’s as much as you do, mainly for the many benefits but my goodness girl, did I miss the options that synthetic fragrance offered!

So, the search began for better alternatives. I shopped for clean ingredients paired with clean fragrances. However, those clean fragrances had to have standards that I and my family could live with.

Not to mention, there isn’t a lot of transparency. Especially, if you’re looking at the nitty-gritty ingredients to make sure it’s safe! Particularly, (you guessed it) when it comes to the definition of “Fragrance.” Of course, the perfume industry is getting a massive overhaul right now, which is definitely taking us all in the right direction. But why stop there?

That’s how this story began. I longed for the variety that was missing! I wanted a fragrance I could feel good about using on my body! I wanted scents I could fall in love with! Now, you’ll still find Essential oils in use around here, but I’m confident you’ll also find one of our Fragrance blends you just can’t live without!

One last thing….My husband has Alpha-gal (The Red meat allergy). So, he has to use products that are Vegan. You’ll find a lot of that here (with the exception of our Lotion Stones that use Beeswax and a few of our soaps that use Goat Milk) and its all clearly labeled so you know what you’re getting when you shop!
