Our Small Business journey began with a desire to create our own natural soaps and has evolved from there. Here in our tiny town in the Midwest, we desired to create products that benefited both God’s beautiful planet and our family’s own personal health. So we took steps to use only Eco-friendly packaging and shipping materials and to incorporate naturally derived ingredients in all our products.

However, we soon came to realize many of the products we purchased for our own personal use, utilized synthetic fragrances. Fragrance can make up to 25% of a recipe, depending on the type of product made and the usage rate guidelines.

We found that these FDA protected blends aren’t required to reveal what is in them. Some containing up to 120 different chemical components. WHAT?!

While I can appreciate protecting a family’s secret recipe, I couldn’t in good conscience use a product anymore that could potentially be harmful to our bodies.

So we began to exclusively use Essential Oils to scent all of our products. Of course, this limits variety. One day, during research, I happily discovered Plant-based Fragrance blends. We were ecstatic to find a way to offer both our customers and ourselves more fragrance options while still achieving our goal of keeping it all natural!

To this day, we are pleased to offer 100% plant-derived products  that we can feel good about everyone using, including ourselves.
